The ASE EVP 18 S is a system in which a high-capacity screw pump and all other necessary equipment are mounted on a dedicated trailer chassis, designed specifically for wet shotcrete and gunite applications.
It pumps ready-mixed wet mortars in S4 consistency — supplied from a batching plant or prepared on site, with a maximum aggregate size of 16 mm (12 mm for spraying systems) — at a capacity of up to 18 m³ per hour, making it ideal for shotcrete application.
In the EVP 18 S model, thanks to the frequency converter, pumping capacity can be adjusted to any desired rate at any time according to application needs.
The EVP 18 S D diesel model, on the other hand, provides a significant advantage on job sites without access to electricity.
